ABOUT THE ROLE
The client is looking for an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM to join our team. The ideal candidate will focus on developing new channel business partnerships by exploring relevant markets, understanding channel partner needs, and creating competitive value propositions. This role requires close collaboration with internal sales and marketing teams to enhance partner relationships and drive business growth.

Partner Relationship Management:
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners aligned with company goals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, including regular communication and engagement.

• Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of national objectives.

• Create, build and enhance business thru’ partners – SI’s and Resellers.
• Maintains and expands customer base by counselling sales representatives; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities.
• Mapping the customer entire expansion details and developing sales plan accordingly on the assigned accounts.
Sales Strategy Development:
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities within assigned channels.
• Create and implement channel-specific sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Develop channel marketing strategies to support partner sales efforts.
• Set sales quotas and performance metrics for channel partners.
Partner Training and Support:
• Provide comprehensive product and sales training to channel partners and their sales teams.
• Equip partners with necessary sales tools, marketing materials, and technical support.
• Conduct regular partner reviews and performance coaching sessions.
