ABOUT THE ROLE

– As a Senior Executive – Payroll & Compliance (Client Support),
he/she will play a critical role in aligning our business processes and
technology. He/She should be experienced in technical knowledge of
all financial and administrative functions and will be responsible
Payroll and taxation, PF, ESIC, LWF, PT, CLRA, Gratuity, Bonus,
Minimum Wages, Payment of Wages etc. with Tracker 100%.

Who can apply?

– Complete ownership of the payroll and Compliance activities Resolution
of Employee queries in a time bound manner
– Responsible for managing Pan India Compliance activities Monthly
payroll processing
– Handle coordination, compliance to statutory guidelines and auditing of
payroll data in accordance with state regulation
– Managing Payroll related legal & statutory Compliance (Tax, PF, ESIC,
PT, LWF & Minimum wages)
– Employee KYC updating on EPFO portal, DSC update – Ensure Statutory
Compliance Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly & Yearly, Returns &
Maintained all The Forms & Registers. Statutory remittances to the
concerned Authorities as per due dates
– Responsible for various MIS reports like (Compliance MIS, Head count,
salary etc.)
– Compliance Checklist (Monthly / Quarterly
– Timely submission 100% Legal Notices receiving & handling the matter
related labour offices & court cases
– Ensure Statutory Compliance through coordination with Branches, HR
Operation team
– Liaison – keeping links with government for registration and filing returns
for various licenses and certificates
– Licensing with labour department & concerned authority or as & when
required & directed by HOD
– Vendor bills checking & submission for payment & Timely salary
disbursement for contractual / Casual staff.

– Strong understanding of accounting systems and processes
– Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
– Proactive, highly motivated and flexible
– Highly organized and attention to detail
– Time and schedule sensitive
– Experienced with MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
