Preferred candidate profile
– Key focus area is to ensure the recruitment plans of the clients and internal M+V
positions. Responsible for initiating the discussion on needs of clients and
continually monitoring the implementation of the process.
– Focus on business development opportunities from existing as well as potential
clients
– Responsible for team handling and reviewing the work as completed by the
Executives and Sr. Executives, Guide and train the executives and sr. executives
to enable them to enhance their efficiencies.
– Coordinate with the clients to understand their hiring needs, share inputs to
finalize on the actions and share updates with team members on the approach to
be followed.
– Coordinate with M+V branch heads on the hiring plans and share the same with
the team members to work on the hiring process.
– Coordinate with the Sales team to gain better understanding of the client needs
to draw up our bespoke hiring strategy for different clients.
– Manage the team members to deliver all responsibilities in a seamless and timely
manner.
Job description:
Role & responsibilities
– Groundwork for the Kick off call & participation in the same. Preparation of detailed JD’s basis the competencies discussed with client.
– Identify the talent pool based on the Jd’s and Kickoff call provided from all sources i.e., Local Job Portals, advertising, Headhunting & Talent mapping.
– Detailed evaluation of the candidate with the questionnaire and documentation of the summary of candidates.
– Taking care of end-to-end recruitment process of all clients assigned.
– Consolidation of all salary data for Offer Negotiation process.
– Timely Closure of positions. (As per Project Execution Schedule)
– Doing proper follow ups with the candidates before joining so that a proper buffer time is kept for replacement if some candidate drops the offer.
– Head Hunting, Industry Mapping as well as the maintenance of Recruitment MIS/ database.
– Maintain the assigned Turnaround time (TAT).
– Successful completion of candidate verification process. Monitor the overall
processes execution for all the clients with focus on quality of hires and adherence to the timelines.
– Responsible for understanding client’s hiring needs and delegating work per requirement.
– Independent execution of the recruitment process for the assigned clients and ensure adherence with the timelines.
– Close coordination with Seniors for to communicate on the progress and updates.
