We are looking for the Sales Engineer in India to promote and sell the
Products. Our client is one of the top providers of high quality technology for hydraulic and pneumatic applications (Main Market: Shipbuilding-, OffOnshore-, Railway-, Paper industry). Continuous innovation, high reliability, and quality as well as a strong focus on customer services distinguishes our company and has served to provide a firm position among other established suppliers in this industry. To successfully implement our ambitious goals in India and keep developing our sales team in India, we are looking for a sales professional as Sales Engineer / Business Development Engineer

Job description

– Acquisition of new customers (Dealer/OEM/MRO)
– 12 new customer visits per week
– Regular business travel within sales area (Monday Office Day, 4 days
outside
– Training and education of existing and new dealers in respect of the
products
– Leading and coordinating of bigger projects (project management)
– Support service for key customers (together with existing dealers)
– To assure the fixed targets for turnover resp. margin
– 2 x week preparation of visit reports
– weekly reporting to Ali
– Visit Headquarter (Switzerland) at least once a year.
– Willingness to travel
– Exhibition

Qualifications/Job Specifications

– Verifiable and successful sales of technical products in B2B market
minimum 5 years
– Experience in Railway – / Paper- / Steel mill- / Shipbuilding Industry
is necessary.
– Hydraulic & Pneumatic Industry
– Handling and controlling of projects (project – management)
– Budgeting of turnover/costs and margin
– professional manner and good negotiation skills on different levels
– Good presentation skill
