Desired skills

– Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Business Administration,
Supply Chain Management, or related field. Master’s degree or
professional certifications (e.g., PMP) may be preferred.
– Proven experience in project management, preferably in contract
manufacturing or related industries.
– Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain
management, and quality assurance principles.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fastpaced environment.
– Proficiency in project management tools and software.
– Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards relevant
to manufacturing operations

Job description

– Liaise with contract manufacturers to align project goals and timelines.
– Strategic & tactical planning execution for Contract Manufacturing
sources.
– Proactively manage contract manufacturing execution and planning to
support high volume manufacturing.
– Develop project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource
requirements.
– Coordinate with internal stakeholders to define project objectives,
scope, and deliverables.
– Evaluate and select appropriate contract manufacturers based on
capabilities, capacity, and cost.
– Manage relationships with contract manufacturers to ensure
adherence to quality and performance standards.
– Manufacturing process that enhances customer satisfaction, accelerate
supply chain ramp to volume, reduce cost and closely monitor
inventory levels.
– Implement contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges and
minimize project impact
– Oversee the execution of manufacturing projects from initiation to
completion.
– Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according
to specifications.
