Maier Vidorno Altios is looking for a motivated Marketing and Business Development Intern to assist with internal marketing, HR support, and Client Success Management (CSM) activities. This role is perfect for someone passionate about marketing, people engagement, and business processes, offering hands-on experience in a dynamic, global business environment.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Business Development Support
- Assist in developing and executing internal marketing campaigns.
- Provide support for business development initiatives, including market research, and preparing proposals.
- Collaborate on the creation of internal presentations, newsletters, and communication materials.
- Analyze campaign performance and suggest areas for improvement.
- Assist in coordinating with the Client Success Management team to ensure seamless communication.
- Help prepare reports, dashboards, and other event related support.
HR Support
- Contribute to maintaining an updated repository of HR and marketing materials.
- Contribute to maintaining an updated repository of HR and marketing materials.
- Ensure seamless Internal communication support.
Client Success Management (CSM) Support
- Assist in coordinating with the Client Success Management team to ensure seamless client service delivery.
- Help prepare reports, dashboards, and other client-centric materials.
Desired Skills
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
