– Use financial modeling to simulate financial scenarios.
– Present potential scenarios and outcomes to management team
– Perform a variety of advanced financial analyses to
determine the present and forecasted financial health of the
company
– Manage the preparation and publication of departmental and organization
financial documents.
– Collaborate with management on development and execution of funding
strategies.
– Examine financial and legal documents to verify accuracy and adherence to financial regulations and acceptable financial principles.
– Develop or recommend solutions for problems or situations.
– Participating in budgeting processes.
– Evaluating and managing risk.
– Developing plans for financial growth.
– Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
– Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting.
– Research technical accounting issues for compliance.
– Ensure compliance with all relevant HR laws, regulations, and professional
standards
– Manage employee relations, including resolving employee issues and
promoting a positive work environment
– Develop and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs
