Job description

– Maintaining regular and effective communication with the parent
company to ensure alignment on Financial strategies, reporting
standards, and corporate goals – Monthly review of figures
– Preparing and presenting regular financial reports for management as
well as ensuring that deadlines are met
– Cash Flow Management: Ensuring optimal liquidity by effectively
managing inflows and outflows- especially for all the cost centres
outside of cost plus model .
– Creating and monitoring he annual budget as well as long term
financial plans.
– Financial Forecasting: Developing financial forecasts and scenario
analysis to support strategic decisions.
– Risk Management: Identifying and managing financial risks, including
credit risks, market risks and operational risks.
– Develop Financial Strategy: Creating and implementing long term
financial strategies to ensure the company’s growth and stability
– Regulatory compliance: Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws,
regulations and standards in the financial sector.
– Audit Management- Co-ordinating internal and external audits,
implementing resulting recommendations.
