We are looking for a ‘Country Head’ For MV-Altios in India-Vadodara (Halol)
-Overall responsibility for the sales and system
design teams for piping systems across the Indian
subcontinent.

10+ years of experience in Piping Industry
Languages:
Fluent in English & Hindi

Desired skills

– Proven track record of managing teams greater than 10 and success in
sales leadership positions in India.
– Commercial understanding with strong leadership and crucially, influencing
aptitude and experience, and capable of developing and leading strategic
change supporting both IPS and wider group strategy.
– Relevant experience or degree in business, engineering, marketing, or
another related field.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and an ability to work in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
– Experience building routes to market in India and a proven track record of
scaling business. Ideally you will be from a similar industry identifying
opportunities in the construction sectors.
– Located in a major population centre, preferably NCR or Mumbai, and is
comfortable with necessary regular and sometimes unscheduled travel.
– Fluent in English and Hindi, with excellent written and verbal
communication skills

Job description

– Continuous analysis of demands and company strategy
– Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets whilst
identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in India.
– Build and maintain relationships with all relevant stakeholders; architects,
clients, contractors, consultants, government, plumbing associations etc.
– Lead and manage the teams to ensure all targets are met and plans carried
out.
– Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market, approval bodies,
competitors, legislation, and industry trends.
– Work closely with colleagues across the world in roles such as marketing
and operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.
– Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales metrics
