Trodat stamp products are innovative and suitable for every application. Sister company Trotec manufactures appropriate technology for stamp producers enabling them to produce stamp products with consistently clean and beautiful impressions.
Project Details
The company wanted to sell their products to B2B customers such as banks, firms, Government departments, etc. where they customize stamps and sell directly to these customers. They needed to build infrastructure for creating rubber impressions and to manage such samples.
They were also looking for time and cost-effective logistics of distributing stamps and heavy machinery for creating stamps/impressions/dyes across India was another challenge.
Maier Vidorno Altios assisted in Back-office support across all functions (Finance, Supply Chain, Human Resources etc) to manage and efficiently resolve daily concerns. We helped set up a unit for customer-specific stamping needs.
Our supply chain team streamlined deliveries and access to customers across states. We helped execute a comprehensive SAP integration.
