ABOUT THE ROLE
– Looking for an “Executive SCM – Warehouse & Transportation” whose
primary responsibility will be to ensure that all dispatches comply
with the rules and regulations. Process Invoices in the form of
dispatch documents.
Who can apply?
Essential Functions –
– To go through the Dispatch Documents and make essential notes
of the same.
– Based upon good commercial knowledge, arranging the dispatches.
– Arranging for fast deliveries as per TAT.
– Coordinating with Transporters and sales team for deliveries.
– Organizing complete documentation and communicating to the sale
team about the dispatches, thus made.
– Applying the knowledge of Goods and Service tax act, in job and
monitor commercial control on invoicing.
Other Functions
– Communicate with the finance department and fulfill requirements,
thereof.
– To communicate with the sales on a regular basis and taking their
inputs related to their delivery, improvement, etc.
Qualifications/Job Specifications
– Good Working Knowledge of Warehousing is Mandatory
– Excellent interpersonal skills
– Readiness to provide client emergency support during non-working
hours.
– This is normally expected from an individual who has completed a
bachelor’s degree and has at least 2-3 years of working
experience.
Supervision and Working Relationships
– Reporting to Assistant Manager SCM.
– Operational relationships mainly with Finance & Accounting, IT and
Administration Departments
