Job description

– Identify and analyze common laundry as a new opportunity in multi housing
– To interact with real estate developers and campus senior
management and decision-makers
– Propose common laundry as a new amenity and need of new-age
residents and students
– Designing and implementing a strategic muti-housing business plan
– Achieving growth and hitting sales targets
– Submission of the forecast and weekly report on time.
