ABOUT THE ROLE

– As a Financial Accountant, he/she should have experience in
technical knowledge of all financial and administrative functions and
will be responsible for strengthening the relationships with the
business partners and solution providers.

Who can apply?

– Take the responsibility for taking over all accounting tasks from external
provider
– Cooperation with external controlling and HR provider
– Cooperation in preparation of annual budget and forecast
– Preparing and signing of financial statements
– Prepare and deposit all administrative reports
– Advice to CFO on the financial implications of business activities, advice
on administrative tasks to be performed and anticipated.
– Providing the monthly and yearly statement for the consolidation to
headquarters
– Assistance of the Board and of the group CFO on financial and taxation
topics
– Actively participate in implementation of new software solutions and
automations
– Liaising with banks and arranging bank accounts
– Dealing with any other matters required by the Company
– Responsibility for the financial ledgers and accounting processes for
Poland; balance sheet reconciliations.
– Preparation of the monthly accounts for consolidation.

Professional & Technical Skills:

– Working knowledge of MS Office
– Technically sound
– Good knowledge of VAT in international trade
– Some experience in e-commerce.

Essential Functions:

– Achieve growth and hit sales targets
– Excellent in coaching and performance monitoring of distribution accounts
– Knowledge or experience of the fastener industry and products will be
added advantage with Sound Experience in handling B2B sales or from
the manufacturing Industry
– Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with clients to
create a partnership that yields success, results, and credibility\Ready to
travel across the zone
