ABOUT THE ROLE
– As an Executive EXIM Operation, he will play a critical role in
aligning, should have experience in ensuring on time Processing of
EXIM activities from pickup to Purchase booking.
Who can apply?
Import Export Co-ordination with vendors
– On time execution of time bonded EXIM activities
– Arranging for fast completion of process at Indian customs
– Management of local transportation (port to warehouse)
– Fair knowledge Import Export activities and documentation for Air and Sea
Shipments
– GRN / Purchase booking
– Import / Export Documentation and filling
– Landed Cost Calculation
Other Functions
– Communicate with the finance department and fulfil requirements
– Verification of vendor bills and timely payment
Job Specifications
– Readiness to work under extreme pressure situations
– Excellent interpersonal skills
– Readiness to provide client emergency support during non-working hours
– Knowledge of ERP system
– SAP B1, R3, D365, Tally
Supervision and Working Relationships
– Reporting to Assistant Manager SCM
– Operational relationships mainly with Finance & Accounting, Order
handling, warehouse Team & IT Team
