Economic Development Agency Brandenburg (WFBB) is the central contact in Brandenburg for investors, entrepreneurs, and technology oriented business Start ups. WFBB provides support with set up, expansion, innovation, internationalization, and networking referrals for acquiring skilled labor as well as continuing education of employees and advice on questions regarding financing and promotion and acts as a guide for bureaucratic procedures. The company is represented with its Head Office in Potsdam and Regional offices in Cottbus, Eberswalde, Frankfurt (Oder), Neuruppin and Potsdam in the whole state of Brandenburg.
Project Details
Planning and Organization:
- Initial consultation with WFBB to understand the specific needs and objectives of the participating German SMEs.
- Preparation of a detailed itinerary for the business trip, including scheduling of B2B meetings and travel arrangements.
B2B Meetings:
- Each of the 10 participating German companies had 4 B2B meetings, totaling 40 meetings.
- Meetings were a mix of virtual and in-person formats to accommodate varying preferences and schedules.Locations: All meetings were held in Mumbai and Delhi.
Meeting Arrangement and Facilitation:
- Identification and selection of potential Indian business partners and stakeholders relevant to each German SME.
- Coordination and scheduling of meetings, ensuring alignment with the objectives of both the German and Indian participants.
