ABOUT THE ROLE
– As a Business Analyst, he/she will play a critical role in aligning our
business processes and technology with our needs using the Odoo
platform. The expertise will be essential in analyzing, designing, and
implementing Odoo-based solutions that drive efficiency and business
value
Who can apply?
– Requirements Gathering: Engage with clients to understand their business
processes and gather detailed requirements for Odoo implementation.
– Process Analysis and Mapping: Analyze current business processes and
identify opportunities for improvement and optimization through Odoo.
– Solution Design: Translate business requirements into functional
specifications and work closely with the development team to ensure Odoo
solutions meet our needs.
– Project Management: Assist in managing Odoo projects, ensuring they are
delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
– Testing and Validation: Coordinate testing efforts, validate the
functionality of Odoo applications, and ensure they meet business
requirements.
– Training and Support: Provide training and support to users, ensuring
effective adoption of Odoo solutions.
– Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive project
documentation, including business requirements, process maps, and user
guides.
– Strong organizational skills, effective planning and project management
– Able to collaborate with clients and have a strong desire to excel. Desired Skills and Experience
Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or related field.
– Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally with exposure to Odoo,
Zoho, or other ERP systems.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a deep understanding of
business processes.
– Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
– Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
– Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
– Certifications
– Certification in Odoo or other ERP systems is highly advantageous
– Reporting directly to General Manager IT/ERP. Operational relationships
mainly with Finance & Accounting, IT. SCM, Legal and Administration
Departments.
